Ingredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While the grill is heating, prepare the chicken breasts. Pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should be 75°C or 165°F).
- For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
