Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lemon (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. While the grill is heating, prepare the chicken breasts. Pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the chicken breasts on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should be 75°C or 165°F).
  6. For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the chicken before serving.
  7. Serve with your favorite sides.
