Ingredients:
- 1 cucumber
- 1 tomato
- 1 handful of arugula
- 1 handful of lettuce
- 1/2 red onion
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 lemon juice
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of black pepper
Preparation:
- Slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion thinly.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and dice it into cubes.
- Place the arugula and lettuce in a bowl, then add the sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and diced avocado.
- Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
- Your salad is ready, enjoy!
