Diet Meal of the Week

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 handful of arugula
  • 1 handful of lettuce
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper

Preparation:

  1. Slice the cucumber, tomato, and red onion thinly.
  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, peel it, and dice it into cubes.
  3. Place the arugula and lettuce in a bowl, then add the sliced cucumber, tomato, red onion, and diced avocado.
  4. Add olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper, and mix well.
  5. Your salad is ready, enjoy!
